Returns Policy

Orders can be cancelled with in 24hrs from placement of order and a full refund will be given to the buyer.  Any special Order cannot be cancelled without authorisation from a Member of Bmech staff who will supply the buyer with an email confirmation.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

 

Goods can be returned to Bmech Services within 14 days of receipt of goods.

1) Contact Bmech via email at sales@bmech.co.uk stating the reason for the return.

2) Packaging: – Where possible original packaging is to be used.   If you no longer have the original packaging with exemption of sensitive electronic goods, Bmech will accept the goods as long as they are adequately packaged. *Sensitive Electronic Items need to be returned in the original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice will need to be placed inside the box.

3) If the goods are deemed to be faulty a replacement part will be issued within a reasonable time.

4) If the goods are returned in poor condition then will be unable to refund or replace the part.

5) All goods that are returned will be charged a restocking fee of 25%.

6) Returns costs are the responsibility buyer and Bmech cannot accept any responsibility in loss/damage in transit.

7) The company will examine the goods and if required a refund will be issued to the buyer within 30 days.
